LOCATION & HOURS

Lexury Experience is located in the San Francisco Bay Area, in a private modern suite in Vallejo, CA. and a salon in Berkeley, CA. The address will be provided 48 hours prior your appointment.

Business hours:

Vallejo: Sunday 10:30am-5:30pm Monday-Wednesday 9:30am-6:30pm

Berkeley: Thursday, Friday 9:30am-6:30pm Saturday 11:00am-7:00pm

(Installations must be scheduled before 4:00pm.)

Early bird/ After hours appointments available outside of business hours for a $75 up charge.

BOOKING POLICY

To ensure an exceptional service, all new clients are required to schedule a consultation for luxury installations such as tape ins, microlinks texture matches or color services. Also, required to purchase Lexury Experience for luxury installations. We only stock limited textures and lengths on hand, hair is usually customized and pre-ordered for each individual client.

INFORMATION

All my services are full service including a shampoo, complimentary trim and beverage. Except quick weaves and sew-ins, you must click the full service add on shampoo upon booking. You must arrive FREE of any product, oils, make up (for lashes), leave ins, edge control.

PAYMENT POLICY

All deposits are non-refundable and only transferable once within the same month period. Remaining balance must be paid in cash only at your appointment.

LATE POLICY

Please inform me via text message if you will be running late. Clients arriving 15 minutes after the scheduled appointment time will be charged an additional $25 late fee. After 25 minutes, your appointment may be rescheduled.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Rescheduling beyond 48-hour prior, will require a reschedule fee of $50.00 (fee is waived under certain circumstances). In the event of a cancellation, all deposits will be forfeited. Failure to arrive without notifying will result in a 100% service charge to the credit card held on file and unable to book future appointments.

EXTRA GUESTS POLICY

To ensure that I am able to give you the best experience possible, please do not bring any additional guests such as children, family members, friends, or pets to your appointment.

FOOD & DRINK POLICY

A lunch break is scheduled and required for appointments over the duration of 4 hours.

You may bring food & drinks to your appointment (refrigerator & microwave available). You may also, have lunch delivered if preferred.

suite AMENITIES

We offer various amenities to enhance your experience while at the suite, including complimentary Wi-Fi, a Smart TV for entertainment, snacks, refrigerator and microwave for your convenience.. Additionally, we provide light refreshments, including a mimosa, to make your visit or celebration more enjoyable.

If you need to work during your appointment, your needs can be accommodated. Kindly ask, that you use earphones for any calls you need to take so that we can continue working on your hair.

Salon AMENITIES

We offer various amenities to enhance your experience while at the salon, including complimentary Wi-Fi, refrigerator and microwave for your convenience.
Street parking. Do Not park in any parking lots , you may be towed.
